1. Open the hierarchy panel
2. Press the "Add Token" button
3. Select what type of token you want your image to be
   • Image - Just a plain image the GM can move, resize and scale
   • Character - A character with an image that can appear in the scene and can be assigned to a player so they can control them. You can either pick an existing character in the campaign or create a new one.
   • Tiled image - An image that will repeat to create a tiled background
4. Choose an image from Resources or upload a new image
5. Your image will appear in the scene
6. Hold SHIFT while moving a token to snap-to-grid
